Breastfeeding

Colostrum, the yellowish, sticky breast milk produced at the end of pregnancy, is recommended by WHO as the perfect food for the newborn, and feeding should be initiated within the first hour after birth.
Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended up to 6 months of age, with continued breastfeeding along with appropriate complementary foods up to two years of age or beyond.

  1. Also known as eczema, this skin condition may appear or worsen
during pregnancy. Do this method up to four times a
day until the skin tag falls off. The brown-slatted background in the image above really isn't part of the technique I was trying to demonstrate here.

  2. When you have both skin tags as well as warts on your body, you can use the skin tag removal products that will also help you to remove the skin warts.
If you carefully read all of the directions
on the package, you can freeze off your skin tags without
feeling any pain and they'll be quickly eliminated. The skin tags will be cut with a method that is in accordance with their location on the body and size.
